“Cashback” referred to herein as the “Promotion” is only available to New and existing client of OXShare To participate, client must meet all of the following requirements:
1. The promotion begins on November 1, 2023, at 12 AM and ends on December 1, 2024, at 12 PM.
2. Clients must be over 18 years of age to participate in this promotion.
3. Open a new MT5 "Cashback" campaign account through their client area.
4. Make a new deposit of at least $1000 in one transaction to their campaign account.
5. Trade forex, gold, silver, and oil. All other symbols do not count.
6. Cashback will be credited to the client's trading account within the next month.
7. The maximum amount of cash rebates that each participant may earn during the campaign is USD $7500.
8. The CRM will be updated in the client area daily so participants can monitor their rewards.
9. No other bonuses or promotions will be available to participants during the operation of this promotion, such as additional bonuses, etc.
10. Cashback rewards can be withdrawn in full without any restrictions.
11. OXShare reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or postpone, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice and without liability to participants.
12. OXShare reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or refuse to grant a cash discount if it has reasons to believe that it will be used against its rules and policies or if there is any misuse of the terms and conditions of this promotion and/or those applicable to the OXShare Customer Service Agreement or abuse.
13. The language of the present Terms and Conditions is English. OXShare may provide the Terms and Conditions in any language other than English. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of the Terms and Conditions, the English language version will control.
14. By registering for the promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
